No ongoing teacher’s recruitment in Lagos – TESCOM clarifies

The Lagos State government has denied news reports implying that it was currently recruiting teachers into its services. This is as some websites had been making the claim in the past days.

Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), in a statement by its spokesperson, Mr Kayode Sutton on Tuesday denied that.

The statement read;

The Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Lagos, wishes to inform the general public to disregard the recruitment notice/advert currently being circulated in various social media handles, as these were not issued by the Commission.

The Lagos State Teaching Service Commission will announce recruitment through appropriate official channels.
