2. Withheld

3. Absconded

4. Resigned.

5. Wrong BVN

6. Wrong name

7. Wrong account number

8. Double account.

9. Civil servant.

10. Investigation.

11.No data.

12. Expired

Then be rest assured that your stipend will be further delayed as all measures has been undertaking to ensure no further delays in payment.
